What this notice covers
This notice describes data used by the GroupNN website. It does not cover the independent websites of retailers or affiliate networks. Their privacy policies apply after you follow an external link. Contact editor@groupnn.com with questions about GroupNN records.
We do not operate a retailer checkout and do not collect card numbers or retailer order payments. Do not include payment information or account passwords in feedback or editorial email.
Browsing and session cookies
A necessary session cookie supports form security, feedback submission and administrative sign-in. It is not an advertising identifier. Administrative accounts and authentication attempts are retained separately from public shopping content.
Our hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure process request information for delivery, security and technical performance. The live site may include Cloudflare’s Web Analytics beacon. Cloudflare describes its analytics as cookie-free; this is separate from the necessary GroupNN session cookie. We do not describe the site as having no third-party analytics. When you follow a store link
Our /go/ redirect records a technical outbound request for traffic analysis and abuse prevention. It is a request record, not proof of a unique human visit, completed order or affiliate commission.

Browser headers and timezone can be absent or inaccurate. We do not use GPS or convert country information into an exact address.
Feedback and correspondence
An offer report stores the offer identifier, worked/failed result, optional reason, review state and submission time. A keyed fingerprint derived from technical request data limits repeated reports. It is stored rather than a plain copy of the inputs in the feedback record.
Editorial email contains the information you choose to send, such as your email address, store name and source URL. Include only what is needed to investigate the listing. Administrative audit entries record operational changes and are restricted to authorised access.
Retention and access
The scheduled GroupNN cleanup deletes detailed outbound click records and offer feedback older than 90 days. Failed-login attempt records older than one day are also deleted by that job. Administrative account and audit data support access control and operational accountability. Hosting and Cloudflare technical logs may have separate retention settings; this notice does not claim those logs follow our database’s 90-day schedule.
Aggregated counts and records needed for an unresolved security or editorial investigation may require separate handling. Access to the editorial console is protected by authentication; privacy requests must not expose another shopper’s records.
Ask about your data
Email editor@groupnn.com to request access, correction or deletion of relevant GroupNN records. Explain the action, approximate UTC date and page or store involved. We may need enough information to locate a record and confirm that it belongs to you. Do not send identity documents or sensitive details unless a specific, appropriate verification step is requested.
If the request concerns a merchant order or an affiliate network’s own tracking, contact that service directly. This notice is updated when our data collection or functionality changes.
