1. Find the right store

Start with a brand name in our store directory, or choose an industry such as sports, beauty or travel. Brands may appear in more than one industry. A store page groups the offers currently listed by GroupNN and links to their original sources.

A listing is not a promise that an offer works for every shopper. Read the market, account requirements and source before building your cart. If a store has no current offers, we show that directly rather than adding guessed codes.

2. Check the conditions before copying

Look for five things: the eligible country, the account type, minimum spend, excluded items and the expiry date. A student programme may require verification through the retailer. A first-order promotion may be unavailable to an existing customer. Some offers apply automatically and have no code to copy.

• Match the offer’s market to the store version you are using.
• Check whether sale items, particular brands or product categories are excluded.
• Find out whether the minimum spend is calculated before shipping and tax.
• Do not assume that two promotions can be combined.

3. Visit the retailer and confirm the total

Use Copy code where a code is displayed, then choose Visit store. GroupNN sends you to the retailer; you place your order and pay there. When automatic copying is unavailable, the code can be selected and copied manually.

Apply the code in the retailer’s cart or checkout before paying. Compare the total before and after the discount, including shipping, tax and any extra fees. If the discount is missing or the order becomes more expensive, stop and check the terms rather than relying on the percentage in a headline.

A recorded test succeeded for the market, cart and time shown. Different accounts or products may behave differently.

If a code does not work

Check the country, sign-in status, account eligibility, qualifying products, minimum spend and expiry. A rejection can be specific to your cart; it does not prove that every shopper will receive the same result.

Use Did it work? on the offer to send a short report. Mention the country and the restriction or error message you saw. Leave out names, addresses, payment information and order identifiers. For a correction with a source link, contact our editorial team.
