How referral links support GroupNN.
Learn when GroupNN may earn affiliate commission, how ordinary store links differ and why referral status does not verify an offer.
Two kinds of store link
An ordinary store link opens the merchant’s official website. An affiliate link passes through an approved referral programme that may credit GroupNN if an eligible purchase occurs. We only use a stored affiliate link when the merchant relationship is marked approved and a valid link is present.
A retailer appearing in the directory does not prove that it has approved GroupNN for its programme. An application or network account is also different from an approved merchant relationship.
When commission may be earned
A programme may attribute an eligible order to a referral and pay a commission under its own rules. The amount, attribution window, exclusions and approval process differ by programme. Returns, cancellations or attribution to another referral may affect whether a commission is paid.
We do not add a separate GroupNN charge to your retailer checkout. Confirm the retailer’s displayed price and order terms before purchase. Clicking a link is not the same as buying, and our outbound click records are not a record of confirmed orders or revenue.
What commission does not prove
A referral relationship does not establish that a code works, that a price is the lowest available or that a retailer endorses our editorial statements. We show the source and conditions so you can check them independently.
The store directory’s A–Z and offer-count sorts use the selected sort, not a displayed commission amount. Any sponsored placement we introduce will be identified as sponsored; we do not present paid placement as an independent verification result.
What happens after a click
GroupNN records technical outbound request details, including the store, time, IP address, browser, language and available timezone or country information. See our privacy notice for the fields and retention rules.
Once you leave GroupNN, the merchant and any affiliate network handle their own referral tracking and apply their own privacy and cookie policies. GroupNN does not collect your retailer payment details or fulfil your order.
